Response times
We typically respond within two business days. Data correction requests take 3–5 business days because we re-verify the source before pushing an update. Press inquiries are answered same-day during US business hours.
Before you write
Most reader questions are about a quoted price not matching what the rental brand shows on its own website. RentWise is a comparison reference, not a booking engine — we collect typical daily rates so you can spot the cheapest brand and class for your airport and trip length, then book directly with the brand to lock the rate. Quoted rates change minute to minute on brand websites, especially within seven days of pickup, so use our numbers as a baseline to know whether you are being offered a fair price.
If you are stuck deciding between two airports, two brands, or two car classes, send the trip details to hello@rentwise.example and a member of the editorial team will reply with a recommendation tailored to your dates.
Privacy
Email you send us is only used to answer the message. We do not add senders to a marketing list, do not share email addresses with rental brands, and delete correspondence after 12 months unless it is part of an active editorial thread. Read the full privacy policy for the details.
